We have been caring for seniors for over 20 years. Our three homes, Villa Peonia, Willa Azalia, and Willa Bratek, all follow the same standards of care built up over two decades.

Villa Peonia – Łódź

Our original, well-established home in Łódź-Nowosolna. 24-hour care for residents who need continuous support, nursing care, and rehabilitation.

Our newest, recently renovated home for up to 20 residents, set in a quiet, green part of Łódź next to a forest.

Our homes are intentionally small and personal, not large institutions. Each location has green surroundings (Willa Azalia even borders a forest, with its own garden), quiet neighborhoods, and easy parking for visiting family. All three follow the same care standards, so you can choose based on location and available space rather than differences in quality.

Pricing

Care packages start at 6,990 PLN per month (approximately 1,880 USD, depending on the current exchange rate) for our basic care package, which includes accommodation, 5 meals a day, and basic medical and rehabilitation care. More comprehensive packages with additional rehabilitation, psychiatric consultations, and specialist treatments are also available.
